Another great trip with Wanderung hiking club.
This time the destination was Mount Mercer in Chilliwack where I never been before.
The road was is great shape,we drove as far as we could with a 2wd,and then parked our car.
and walked the rest of the logging road which didn't took us too much time.
From the end of the road we followed the snowy trail up to Mount Mercer.
Crossed few avy slides,and there was new fresh snow on the same avy slide.
About 100m elevation before the summit we stopped for some snacks after what we continued our way towards the summit of Mount Mercer.
Once we got on the summit we had some stunning views of the local peaks,even that Mercer isn't a high mountain but you can still have beautiful views.
We didn't spend too much time on the summit and soon we started slowly our way back to our car.
Beautiful day in a new area.
