Ben suggested to do an overnight in Breakenridge area and use his Jeep to drive on English Creek FSR which was in a pretty rough shape and Dean decided to join us last minute and drove his car to the spur from where he jumped into Ben's Jeep and slowly we drove as far as we could.
The bushes weren't too bad and soon we got near the ridge which we followed for a bit and then dropped to some ponds at 1580m.
From there it was pretty easy terrain to a bigger lake at 1610m where Dean decided to go for a short swim.
From the lake didn't took us too long to get to a moraine from where we were slowly making our way up towards the summit.
On the summit we tried to convince Dean to stay with us and spend the night and we could give him extra clothes and food that we had but he decided to go back down to the car.
Bellow Breakenridge we found a dry spot where we decided to set up our tent and then go towards Traverse Peak.
Once we got on Traverse peak we could see where is all that smoke coming from and could almost see the fire which wasn't too far from us.
Looking at those black clouds we were worried that it might rain during the night and we didn't had our fly for the tent but we got lucky and it didn't rain.
The next morning we woke up went towards Traverse SW2(Blink Peak) from where we went back down to the car.
