We decided to go for a day trip up to Hope peak and combine it with Wells Peak, doing Wells Peak and then following the ridge to Hope Peak.
Hope Mountain road was pretty good at the start but pretty soon it got pretty rough and then Dean decided to run it up while me and Marius continued to drive it.
There was few rough spots with big boulders on the way and we were moving pretty slow crawling up and once we got at the parking lot Dean was not even one minute behind us so not sure if it was worth driving that road.
Soon we started following the trail to Wells Peak and wasn't too long until we got into the meadows and started to have some nice views.
Once we got on the summit of Wells Peak we continued along the NW ridge towards Hope Mountain which was pretty bushy in few spots but not as bad as we were expecting it.
Soon we met the trail to Hope Mountain and started our way up the last uphill to the summit.
The views from the summit were really good we spent on the summit some time before heading down.
On our way down Dean decided he will just run down the mountain and meet us at McDonalds in Hope.
