Seven O'Clock Mountain-June 16 2013
After doing a pretty long trip the previous day and missing our alarm we woke up a bit later than planned.
We planned to wake up at 5 AM but woke up at 7 and started packing and left the parking of Joffre Lakes and started to drive to Tenquille Creek FSR.
We decided to go up Seven O'Clock from Tenquile Creek FSR since it's mostly a 2WD road compared to North Tenas branch which has large waterbars.
Once we got to a large parking area which is in front of SunGod we soon started our way up since we were already late.
It was pretty bushy from the road a pretty muddy in spots but didn't took us too much to get into alpine.
We were slowing making our way to Cerulean Lake following a ridge that got pretty interesting near the end from where we could see our destination Seven O'Clock peak.
From the end of the ridge we dropped a bit but didn't go to the lake and continued our way up towards the small lake just below the summit of Seven O'Clock.
From the small lake we started to go towards the NW ridge of Seven O'Clock and found a pretty easy way to get up on that ridge.
Once we got on the ridge wasn't too far for us to get on the summit of Seven O'Clock.
The initial plan was to to do both summit, Seven O'Clock and Sun God but we were pretty tired from the day before and took us more than we tough since we slept in so we decided to skip Sun God and started our way back down to the parking lot.
