Adrien and I decide to go for a hike into Pierce Lake area.
We didn't had to leave too early Vancouver since it's not a far drive to Chilliwack.
It wasn't hard to find the trail for Pierce Lake which wasn't too busy.
Soon we started our hike on the pretty nice and easy to follow trail to Pierce Lake.
We didn't had many views once we got to the lake and for most of our hike in we were in the clouds but we were hoping to get above the clouds once we get higher.
Once we went pass Pierce Lake we got to a group of 11 hikers that were going to Macfarlane Peak too.
Once we got by the Upper Pierce Lake we finally could see some views and see our first peak of the day Mount Macfarlane.
After a short break we soon started our way along the ridge to the summit of Mount Macfarlane.
The route was pretty easy and the views were kind of improving for us but still not perfect.
We stayed on the summit for a while to try and get some good shots but it didn't happen.
Soon we went back down to the lake from where we continued our way towards Pierce Peak, there wasn't much of the trail going that way and the bushes were pretty wet so we got socked instantly.
It wasn't too long to get on the summit of Pierce Peak and of course we didn't really had any views so we just started our way back down to Upper Pierce Lake after we got on the summit.
