I've been already few times in Golden ears area but haven't gone to the summit itself so we decided to go with Ben and Cody for the peak.
The trail as usual was in great shape, there was some ladders on the trail and looked like they were doing some maintenance to the trail.
Didn't took us too much to get to alder flats from where we had our first views for the day.
From Alder Flats we continued to follow the trail up to the emergency shelter which still was in pretty good shape.
From the shelter wasn't too long before we all reached the summit.
