Since both of us didn't had a car Marius suggested to go and do a relaxing overnight trip up to Mount Brunswick since it is pretty easy to get up there by bus.
We left Vancouver with our bus towards the ferry terminal where we had to wait a bit for our connecting bus that we took into Lions Bay from where we walked up to the parking lot.
I've been on that trail few times and same for Marius and we were already prepared for that long boring hike up on the logging road.
We took our time and slowly made our way up to the alpine.
We tried to stay up pretty late to try and take some night time photos of the city with Lions.
The next day we had a beautiful sunrise and after taking lots of photos we got back to our bivy sacks and started our way back down.
