McLean Peak November 28-29th 2015
We choose with Steven to go up into Mission Range area and go for Mount McLean as a overnight trip.
We parked right next to the gate and started our long hike along the road.
As we were getting higher we were finally getting above the clouds and we finally could see some views.
Once we got to 1120m we started the long traverse on the road and then again we started our way up.
The snow was getting deeper as we were making our way higher.
We were happy to see that there was a dry spot just in front of the summit where we decided to set our camp.
The views from our campsite were pretty special and we couldn't stop taking more and more photos.
The next morning we woke up with a beautiful view, we were above the clouds and felt like all those clouds down below were a smooth glacier.
After lots and lots of photos we started our way up towards the summit.
It didn't took us too long to get on the summit where we found a surprise.
Once we got back to our camp we packed our gear and started our way back down to the car.
